THE LABOR OF LOVE
The Labor of Love interrogates the different facets of maternal labor, drawing connections between housework and typically laborious feminine craft. Taking typographic and compositional inspiration from birth certificates and family scrapbooks, the design mimics the oppressive and labor intensive systems built around motherhood but also its inherent beauty. Awarded a Bronze Type High by the Type Directors Club at The One Show Young Ones 2026 for book/publicationd design.

THE FEMALE & THE FLESH
Interviewed 40+ people across gender identities about what makes them feel feminine. I then took all responses, translated them into illustrations, and combined into a single poster.

Three individual concepts, three separate visual identities, three books in one. LATEOT explores three different ways our current generation expresses and views love, tied together through popular culture and media/trends. Inspired by concrete poetry, digital platform interfaces, and newspapers.
